What this site does and does not do
This site is Ertürk Turizm's channel for presenting its services and collecting enquiries.
- No booking is completed on the site. When you fill in the form and press the button, a ready-made message is created in WhatsApp; you are the one who sends it.
- No payment is taken on the site.
- Your journey becomes final when it is confirmed in an exchange of messages between both sides. A request made through the site is not, on its own, a binding reservation.
Prices
- The fares shown on the site are the current prices valid for the defined routes.
- Prices are set in Turkish lira; amounts in other currencies are shown approximately, using the daily exchange rate. What is binding is the amount confirmed in the exchange of messages.
- For routes that are not defined, the price is given in the exchange of messages.
- A confirmed price is fixed; no extra charge is added at the end of the journey. If the route, the duration or the number of passengers changes at your request during the journey, the fare is discussed again.
Accuracy of the information on the site
Vehicle images, durations and descriptions are for information. Unless stated otherwise, the photographs on the vehicle cards are representative images showing the class of vehicle. The vehicle is planned according to your group size and luggage; a commitment to a particular make or model applies only if it was expressly given in the exchange of messages.
Your obligations as a user
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and journey details you provide.
- You must not attempt to damage the site, to overload it with automated tools, or to gain unauthorised access.
- If you send a request on someone else's behalf, you accept that you are acting with that person's knowledge and consent.
Intellectual property
The texts, layout and images on the site belong to Ertürk Turizm or to its licensors. They may not be copied without permission or used for commercial purposes. The scenery and vehicle photographs used on the site are taken from sources licensed for commercial use.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as it is. There is no undertaking that it will run without interruption. If a piece of information on the site appears incorrect for a time because of a technical fault, what applies is the information confirmed in the exchange of messages.
Liability relating to the transport service itself is governed by the separately published Passenger Transport Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Applicants who qualify as consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
